نحترم خصوصيتك ونتيح لك حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت. يمكنك تنفيذ الحذف بنفسك من داخل التطبيق مباشرة، أو تقديم طلب عبر وسائل التواصل أدناه. We respect your privacy and let you delete your account and its associated data at any time. You can do this yourself directly inside the app, or submit a request through the contact options below.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (فورية)Option 1: From inside the app (instant)
- افتح تطبيق بيبي لوف وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
- Open the Baby Love app and sign in to your account.
- اذهب إلى حسابي ← الإعدادات.
- Go to My Account → Settings.
- اضغط على حذف الحساب في أسفل الصفحة.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- أكّد العملية — سيُحذف حسابك وبياناتك بشكل نهائي.
- Confirm — your account and data will be permanently deleted.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر التواصل معناOption 2: By contacting us
إذا لم تتمكن من الوصول إلى حسابك، أرسل لنا طلبًا يتضمن البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، وسنقوم بمعالجة الحذف خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا.
If you can't access your account, send us a request including the email registered on your account, and we'll process the deletion within 30 days at most.

ملاحظة: الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. تُمسح بياناتك من قاعدة البيانات لحظة تأكيدك، أما ملفات الصور فتُدرَج في الحظة نفسها ضمن طابور حذف على خوادم التخزين وتُمسح منها خلال 24 ساعة كحدّ أقصى، ولا تكون في تلك الأثناء مرتبطة بأي حساب. ولا نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية بعد الحذف، عدا الصفّين المجهّلين في الجدول أعلاه — ولا يمكن ربط أيٍّ منها بك.
Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data is erased from the database the moment you confirm; image files are queued for deletion at that same moment and erased from the storage servers within 24 hours at most, linked to no account in the meantime. We keep no copy of your personal data after deletion, apart from the two anonymized rows in the table above — none of which can be traced back to you.
