كيف أتابع طلبي؟How do I track my order?	من التطبيق: حسابي ← طلباتي. يصلك إشعار بكل تغيير في حالة الطلب.In the app: Account → My Orders. You get a notification on every status change.
كيف أدفع؟How do I pay?	الدفع عند الاستلام فقط. لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات بطاقة أو دفع.Cash on delivery only. The app collects no card or payment data.
كيف أُرجع منتجاً؟How do I return an item?	راجع سياسة الإرجاع أو راسلنا بالواتساب.See the returns policy or message us on WhatsApp.
كيف أُبلغ عن تعليق أو فيديو؟How do I report a comment or video?	من داخل التطبيق: زر «⋮» على أي فيديو أو تعليق ← «إبلاغ»، أو أيقونة العلم على أي تقييم منتج. ويمكنك حظر أي مستخدم من القائمة نفسها.In the app: the "⋮" menu on any video or comment → "Report", or the flag icon on any product review. You can also block a user from the same menu.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟How do I delete my account?	من التطبيق: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.In the app: Account → Settings → Delete Account. Or via the account deletion page.
كيف أوقف الإشعارات؟How do I turn off notifications?	إشعارات العروض والمنتجات وحدها: التطبيق ← الإعدادات ← الإشعارات ← «إشعارات العروض والمنتجات» (مُطفأة افتراضياً). ولإيقاف الإشعارات كلها بما فيها إشعارات حالة الطلب: إعدادات جهازك ← الإشعارات ← Baby Love.For promotional notifications only: App → Settings → Notifications → "Offers & product notifications" (off by default). To stop all notifications including order-status ones: your device settings → Notifications → Baby Love.
